As a humanistic/wholistic psychotherapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential so you can lead a life that is worth celebrating.  My approach includes focus on the whole person, including emotional/mental, physical and spiritual.   I will provide a safe environment in which to explore roadblocks that could be keeping you from manifesting your dreams.  Although the difficult situations of the past can not be erased, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your current life.  It is possible to unearth long-standing behavior patterns and/or negative perceptions/believes that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
